We don't use any old WiFi extender and hope that this solves the problem. Just like you'd expect out of any professional service, we'll come to your house and properly diagnose the issue and fix it.
What is our Process?
1. We provide a FREE initial consultation, and come to your property and inspect the issue. We'll test internet speeds throughout your house and various places where your devices are most commonly connected.
2. Each property is different, and each problem is also unique, and so our technicians will need to thoroughly investigate the current set up. This might be configuring the devices themselves to best prioritise usage of the bandwidth.
3. In spots in the property where the connection strength is worse, we can provide solutions with high grade access points that help with better connectivity. In small to medium properties, this might be an additional 1 to 2 access points, in larger properties, we may need to install 3 or more.
4. Based on your requirements, we'll provide you an estimated quote for our recommendations.
